PRODUCT INFORMATION

Within the HEPAir® unit there are three main chambers (from left to right, see enlargement):

1 Evaporator Chamber
Make Up Air (MUA) and/or Return Air (R/A) enters the evaporator chamber through any one of four different panels. The evaporator coil is sized to handle 0-800 CFM of airflow, variably or fixed, and to control temperature and pressure. The evaporator coil cools and de-humidifies the air.

2 Mixing Chamber
Return Air (R/A) enters the mixing chamber through any one of three different panels. This air is mixed with the evaporator air before entering the Fan Filter Unit (FFU) located at the bottom of the chamber. Humidifiers and/or electric re-heaters can be located in this chamber for tight tolerance control.

3 Condensing Chamber
This chamber consists of separate inlet and outlet sections, each with three different connection possibilities. The condenser inlet can be from the ambient space, outside, or the room, (when negative pressure is desired). Condenser outlet is generally released to the ambient space or to the outside. All main refrigeration and electrical components are located in this section to facilitate start-up and maintenance.
