EXTRUSION TOOLING

Our machine shop is equipped to
manufacture die's, heads, flanges and mandrels for all thermoplastic and most thermo set
materials. We design tooling for XLPE single layer and monolayer tubing.

Using our offset tooling design we can adapt to any extruder to produce, coated tubing, wire and pipe.

Our extrusion heads can be adapted to any extruder.

All tooling is pre-assembled  and inspected in house prior to shipping
